Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on digital goods and services (subscriptions, mentoring hours, paid webinars and others) if more than 1 day since the renewal have passed. Initial subscriptions (the first time you subscribe) are not refundable to any degree.
To be eligible for a refund for a renewal, you must have not accessed the content at all. E.g. If the next lesson has unlocked and you haven’t accessed the content, you can request a refund. If you did access the content, you’re not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and they have a processing fee of 15$, minus any other fees from the payment provider CGiM uses.
